This is the highest quality pure Vitamin C in the common and 'traditional' form of Ascorbic Acid, a common food ingredient as well as bioavailable source of Vitamin C.
It is a bit sharp tasting though.  If you have issues with strong tastes, this product is also available in capsules or  you may prefer to use our Sodium Ascorbate form of Vitamin C, which is just as pure and bioavailable, but much gentler on taste buds and stomach.
Easy to dissolve in a drink. 1/4 tsp is about 1000mg which is 1667% of the RDA.  Take as required.
