Why This Is Different



The ‘Fight or Flight’ response that we get stuck in with anxiety, stress, anger and turning against others is a result of perception that concludes ‘the world is not safe’.

We have another distinct mode of perception available, which is natural and innate. You were born doing it:

All human infants can go from fear, tears, rage or tension to soft calm and giggles again, ‘just like that’. No residual bracing.

You did it too…and you can again.

We stop using this other mode when we are very young, but it is where ‘fight or flight’ gets a chance to reset with ease.
